Due to the made-to-order & perishable nature of my bakes, I do not offer refunds. After I have posted your delivery it is your responsibility to be available to receive it. Refunds are only offered if your delivery is lost in the post, damaged during delivery or unsafe for consumption. I cannot take responsibility for spoiled items due to failed delivery attempts. Double check the delivery address carefully before placing your order and also when you receive your confirmation email. This will be copied directly to your postage label. If this is wrong there is nothing I can do you retrieve your order once I’ve sent it sorry!
